You can cancel your account on your own at any time.

To begin the cancellation process, click ‘I want to cancel’ at the bottom of your Payment Page. (You can access your Payment Page via the dropdown menu when logged in to your Agency account).

Important, make sure you go all the way with canceling

Make sure YOU continue through the entire cancellation process to fully submit this request. (Note: Choosing to pause your account at this time will not cancel your account, this will instead allow you to postpone your next scheduled shipment with us).

It will take 2 full business days for your cancellation to be processed, this is because they manually cancel it.

If you are also looking to prevent an upcoming shipment, you must cancel your account at least 2 full business days before that next scheduled shipment.
