- Various Products Affected: This includes fresh cucumber slices, veggie trays, deli salads, sushi rolls, wraps, and subs containing the recalled cucumbers.

How to Protect Yourself and Your Family
- Check Purchase Dates: If you bought cucumbers or cucumber-containing products between May 13th and May 23rd, take action.
- Identify the Source: Determine if your cucumbers are from Bedner Growers. Check the product label or ask your retailer if you’re unsure.
- When in Doubt, Throw it Out: If you suspect your cucumbers might be affected, discard them immediately. Do not consume them.
- Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly wash and sanitize any surfaces that may have come into contact with the recalled cucumbers.
Tip: Use a bleach solution (1 tablespoon of bleach per gallon of water) to disinfect countertops, cutting boards, and refrigerator shelves. - Monitor for Symptoms: Watch for Salmonella symptoms like diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps. Contact a doctor if you experience these symptoms.
