What to look for!

If you are one of the lucky ones in totality, you'll witness the sky dramatically darkening as if twilight is upon us. NASA notes that, depending on the humidity and cloud coverage, you might also feel a significant drop in temperature, about 10 degrees Fahrenheit (5 degrees Celsius), as the sun vanishes.

Be on the lookout for the mesmerizing sight of Baily’s beads just before and after the eclipse. This dazzling event happens when sunlight streams through the moon’s valleys, casting a series of radiant light droplets around the moon’s edge.

The prime spot for the longest eclipse experience is near Torreón, Mexico, boasting a peak duration of 4 minutes and 28 seconds. Yet, even if you're not directly under the eclipse's path, there's still plenty of its magic to witness.
