Make sure YOU continue through the entire cancellation process to fully submit this request. (Note: Choosing to pause your account at this time will not cancel your account, this will instead allow you to postpone your next scheduled shipment with us).
It will take 2 full business days for your cancellation to be processed, this is because they manually cancel it.
If you are also looking to prevent an upcoming shipment, you must cancel your account at least 2 full business days before that next scheduled shipment. If you do not cancel your account within that timeframe, you will receive and be charged for that next scheduled shipment. (Your next shipping date can be viewed, anytime, here.)
You can also reach out to their Success Team and send them an email and let them know why you’d like to cancel.
After your account has been canceled and your subscription has been deactivated, they will send you an email that confirms your cancellation.
