Starting May 19, 2025, Planet Fitness is bringing back its popular High School Summer Pass—giving teens ages 14 to 19 a completely free gym membership for the summer. It’s the perfect way to stay active, healthy, and motivated while school’s out. If you’re under 18, you’ll need a parent or guardian to approve your registration.

- Valid May 19 through August 31, 2025

- Beginning May 19, 2025, complete the registration form online
