A $95 million settlement has been reached with Apple Inc. regarding claims that Siri-enabled devices unintentionally recorded private conversations, which were allegedly shared with third parties. If you owned or purchased a Siri-enabled iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, MacBook, iMac, HomePod, iPod touch, or Apple TV between September 17, 2014, and December 31, 2024, you may be eligible for a payment of up to $100.

What You’ll Get
- Up to $20 per Siri-enabled device (up to five devices max)
- Payments are pro rata and may increase or decrease depending on the number of valid claims
- Total payout could reach $100 if fewer claims are submitted
How to Claim It

- If you received a Claim Identification Code and Confirmation Code via email or postcard, use them when submitting your claim.
- If you did not receive a code, you can still file a claim online:

- Follow the instructions to fill out the Claim Form

- Submit your claim before the deadline: July 2, 2025

Any Restrictions or Notes
- Apple employees, directors, officers, and their families are excluded
- Judicial officers involved in the case are also excluded
- You can only submit claims for up to five devices
- The final payout amount depends on the total number of valid claims
