A $95 million settlement has been reached with Apple Inc. regarding claims that Siri-enabled devices unintentionally recorded private conversations, which were allegedly shared with third parties. If you owned or purchased a Siri-enabled iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, MacBook, iMac, HomePod, iPod touch, or Apple TV between September 17, 2014, and December 31, 2024, you may be eligible for a payment of up to $100.

What You’ll Get

• Up to $20 per Siri-enabled device (up to five devices max)
• Payments are pro rata and may increase or decrease depending on the number of valid claims

How to Claim It

1. Visit the official settlement page: Submit a Claim Here
2. If you received a Claim Identification Code and Confirmation Code via email or postcard, use them when submitting your claim.
3. If you did not receive a code, you can still file a claim online:
   • Go to the Submit a Claim page
   • Follow the instructions to fill out the Claim Form
   • Provide details for up to five Siri Devices
4. Submit your claim before the deadline: July 2, 2025

Eligibility Requirements

• Device must have experienced an unintended Siri activation during a private or confidential conversation
• Must be a U.S. resident or in its territories

Any Restrictions or Notes

• Apple employees, directors, officers, and their families are excluded
• Judicial officers involved in the case are also excluded
• You can only submit claims for up to five devices
